1Move pills with ◀▶ arrows or the on-screen D-pad. Press ▼ to soft-drop.
2Rotate with ▲, X, or the ROTATE button. Each pill has two colored halves.
3Match 4+ same colors in a row or column. Both pill halves and viruses count toward matches.
4Cascading combos: When pills vanish, remaining halves fall and can trigger chain reactions for bonus points.
5Clear all viruses from the bottle to advance. Don't let pills stack to the top!
