What is Pancake Sort Master?

Pancake Sort Master is a sorting puzzle based on the classic pancake-sorting algorithm. A stack of differently-sized pancakes is shown, and you tap a pancake to flip (reverse) the stack from the top down to that pancake. The goal is to sort all pancakes by size — smallest on top, largest on the bottom — in the fewest moves.

How do I flip the pancakes?

Tap any pancake in the stack. The stack from the top down to the pancake you tapped reverses order, just like sliding a spatula under a pancake and flipping the whole top portion. Each flip counts as one move.

How do star ratings work?

Each level has a par — the minimum number of flips needed to sort that scramble, computed by an optimal BFS solver. Finish in par moves or fewer for 3 stars, within par+2 for 2 stars, otherwise 1 star. Try to beat par on every level!

How many levels are there?

There are 30 levels across 5 tiers: Beginner (stacks of 3-4), Easy (5-6), Medium (6-7), Hard (7-8), and Master (8-10 pancakes). Tiers unlock as you complete levels, and there is a fresh daily challenge every day.
