Two key constraints: (1) blocks cannot touch orthogonally (only diagonally), and (2) same-size blocks cannot see each other along a row or column - a different-size block must interrupt their line of sight.

How do you solve Look-Air puzzles?

Start with the largest clues. A '5' in a non-edge cell means all 5 cells in its window must be black - giving you a 3x3 black block. A '0' means none are black. Use the no-touch and line-of-sight constraints to narrow down block placements.
